STATEMENT OF FAITH

The Bible is the Word of God, without error in the original writings, and the only rule and authority for faith and practice.
(2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:21)

The one true God is eternally and equally existent in three persons: God the Father; God the Son; and, God the Holy Spirit.
(John 1:1,14, John 10:30, Philippians 2:5-8, Acts 5:3-4, Deuteronomy 6:4, Matthew 28:19)

God created humans in His image, therefore all human life is sacred.
(Genesis 1:27; Job 12:9-10; Psalm 139:13-16; Exodus 20:13; Psalm 82:3-4)

Through man’s sin he was separated from God, becoming spiritually lost and unable to redeem himself.
(Romans 5:12-18, Romans 3:9-18, John 3:3)

Salvation is by grace alone, by believing in and accepting Jesus Christ as personal Savior. Salvation is only through the shed blood of our Lord Jesus Christ, and He is the sole mediator between God and man.
(Ephesians 1:7; Ephesians 2:8-9; John 14:6; Romans 10:9-10; Acts 4:12)

The church of Jesus Christ is composed of all born-again believers.  As believers, we are called to live lives pleasing
to the Lord and to abstain from practices which grieve Him.
(1 Peter 1:15; Romans 12:2; Colossians 3:1-17; James 1:22-25)

Any sexual relationship outside of a monogamous, heterosexual marriage is contrary to the Word of God.
(Romans 1:18-32, Mark 10:6-8, Leviticus 20:13)
